Conceptual branding for Mille Bonheurs (or Mirubon), a French patisserie based in Tokyo, inspired by my recent trip to Japan

The monogram logo marries different aspects of French and Japanese culture, traditional and modern, using Art Nouveau whiplash lines — one of the main inspiration for the Art Nouveau movement was the import of Japanese woodblock prints in the 1870s. The menu is inspired by the rich café culture in Tokyo, with ideas for drinks drawn from Woodberry Shibuya.
